We know how difficult and expensive it can be trying to find a saddle that is comfortable for you and more importantly that fits your horse perfectly, which is why we offer 5 day trials to all UK based customers for saddles delivered to UK addresses. Sadly, we are unable to offer trials on European and International orders.
The trial period (which starts the day that you receive the saddle and is inclusive of weekends and public holidays) allows you to try the saddle on your horse with your saddle fitter to ensure that you are happy with the fit and feel of the saddle.
If the saddle is not suitable, all you need to do is contact us by 5pm on the 5th day of your trial, we will then arrange the return delivery by sending you a pre-paid label with either Parcelforce or DPD. You will need to repackage the saddle and take it to either your local post office for Parcelforce deliveries or your local designated shop for DPD deliveries.
Once the saddle is received by us and provided that it is returned in the same condition, We will refund you the purchase price of the saddle minus the return delivery cost as the postage you have already paid is for one way only , and a £18 fee to cover banking and packaging costs..
